All that we are is the result of what we have thought.
The mind is everything. What we think we become.

Welcome to the Association of World Buddhists Website!

www.worldofbuddhists.com

The Association of World Buddhists website has been created to build a free community of people who are interested in Buddhism or Buddhist philosophy from around the world. The AWB is a voluntary association that is open to anyone who wishes to discover more about themselves and the reality in which we all reside, everything here is are free of charge, we are non financial and do not accept donations or monies by any method.

There is no hierarchy or structure to our association, instead it is made up entirely of its members and all members are created equally. Although we do have a few administrative roles, we will not tell you what to be or what to think, we will simply present information. We do, of course, retain the right to remove any obscene or offensive material.

You don't have to class yourself as a Buddhist to join the AWB, we are independent of any religion, sect, type, or brand of Buddhism, and all are welcome. We aim to be the lowest common denominator of Buddhism and therefore share a set of values and identity that is equal in all forms of Buddhist philosophy.

Please feel free to explore the website and join our association, if you have any questions then please feel free to ask.

Impossible to change the world to get what we want..
Impossible to change our country to get what we want..
Impossible to change our town to get what we want..
Impossible to change our family and friends to get what we want ..
But possible to change ourselves(myself)
whether they follow or not it up to them..

we clean our body everyday not to get smell because no one will approach us if we get smell.
But we forgot to clean our heart(mind, soul)since we were born .
Obviously dirty a day and a day ,the older we get the dirtiest we have ,more and more angry ,greedy until we die.
If we do not clean our body only people stay away from us but if we do not clean our heart both people and spirit will stay away .
That's why nowadays people can not see the spirit .
So we should not forget to clean our heart .
We should do concentration and meditation almost everyday to get clean and peaceful .

Please think your body!
-even though you feed, care and clean regularly
-never follow want you want to be
-older a day and a day
even though you don,t want to suffer from any decease
-never follow
even though you want to stay forever with your loving family and things
-never follow
-never care
it always ready for old ,death
How many life we pass though like this?

I love the practice of Mindfulness; it is so practical yet not 'easy'! It requires one to focus on the present, whatever IS there at that moment ... breath, body sensations, feelings, thoughts. We are all so familiar with them all; they are our old friends at times or at others, 'enemies' because they have been dragging us way beyond the present! Good practice.
